POLICY
COVID-19 AND GENERAL PROTOCALS :
All practitioners are fully vaccinated. To ensure safety and protection for everyone, the following are required:
- Kindly arrive to your appointment alone and do not bring a guest.
- Kindly be advised that no children under the age of 18 or pets are allowed during the day of your service due to safety and sterile purposes.
- If you are ill or experiencing any illness symptoms, you must reschedule your appointment.
- All clients must sanitize their hands upon arrival.
- For rescheduling, we respectfully ask that clients provide us with 24-48 hours notice.
Before booking an appointment, please read the following policies:
- NANO BROWS & LIP BLUSH: To secure your appointment, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit (no exceptions) is required at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fee on the day of your appointment. Remaining balance is due during your scheduled appointment.
- No Show: If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to rebook any appointment.
- Rescheduling: Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. Appointments occurring within the next 48 hours may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, please be advised that your deposit will be non-refundable.
- Late: All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Please contact us if you are going to be late. To avoid unfair delays for other clients, please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. If you are 15 minutes late or more, this will result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to reschedule any appointment that was cancelled for lateness. We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that may arise which could force you to reschedule your appointment, however, please understand that these changes affect the artist and other client's appointment.
- Prior to booking, please ensure that you have read and understand the Information section of our website.
- No children under 18 are allowed in the studio. We kindly ask that you to please do your best to arrive alone to your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with children we will have to kindly ask you to reschedule which at that time you will need to make another $50 deposit for your new appointment.
- Prices are subject to change, however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking. For tattooing, we are happy to honor the clients with the rates during the time period of their initial appointment however there must be a consistent history of annual touch ups.
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
